New Corned Beef Location

As many of you know, last week Heidi & I sold our corned beef business to Cydney who operates C2 Lunchtime on Encarnation Rosas. She will be using the same butcher that we've used since 60's in Paradise days. We've shown her how to make the marinade so the quality will be maintained. Her sandwich shop is open Monday-Friday from 11am to 3 pm. She lives in the house where the shop is located so if you need corned beef and she is closed, her cell is 331-760-2388 and she will be happy to accomodate your needs.
Heidi and I would like to thank everyone for their support through the years and hop you will give the same support to Cydney! Our shop on Parroquia will continue to be there....for many years to come!
