Noe's cheese factory trip

A small group of friends and ourselves booked a small group trip out to the cheese factory that Noe has been taking folks out to.  It was a great trip.  Had a nice van and drove out to the Jalisco highlands where we toured a small cheese factory that makes multiple varieties of French cheeses, and then we went over to a small boutique Tequila factory for a tour of their facilities.  Then drove into Atotonilco and had a nice lunch before the day was done and we returned home.  Very nice trip, my hat is off to Noe for orchestrating a great day.

Is this a small van tour? You mentioned at one point a 'bus'.
And, how is the pricing determined?

I know Noe has scheduled tours to go out there, but this was just a small group of friends (9 total).  My one friend had her son coming into town and she knew Noe did these tours so she called and found out that he would do them for large, or small groups.  Since our group was less than 10 he arranged a van, had it been a big group he would have arranged a bus.  I'm not sure about pricing, we paid 1000 pesos each which included the trip, both tours, a light breakfast and a great lunch and I thought it was a great value.  We left at 7:30am and returned around 7:00pm so it was a full day.
