Gas prices

They're down to $1.98 here in Northern Mississippi. Will the gas prices here affect Mexican prices?

The precipitous drop in World Oil Prices appears not to have effected the intended target...
Russia is Selling their Oil for $90 a barrel.... to China, who is buying record amounts....
And China is using their stockpile of US Dollars.
Apparently China doesn't want to help spank Russia for being bad...

Did someone say something about restaurants that I missed? I was talking about gas for my truck...not propane for my range...although that should go down too.
