Large Army Presence in Chapala

Anyone else notice this afternoon the blockade on the highway by Soriana going north? There were also truckloads of armed soldiers in the parking lot and along the frontage road. There were convoys of trucks driving around town at the same time. There is a thread about this on TOB, where someone just added that more trucks are coming in tonight.

Around 3 p.m. we drove past the same type of set up near Riberas. On our return a half hour later they were gone.

Local police looking for something all afternoon in Riberas on the mountain side of the Caretera. Haven't walked the dogs yet today, so don't know if still around.
