Viva Mexico, as of this week, has a brand new chef (in addition to the others) who was previously at La Vita Bella. The special of the day was a shrimp and mussel pasta with HOMEMADE fettucine and it was delicious! If they have other pasta specials on the menu, I encourage you to try them. You won't be sorry.
