"To carry prostheses for poor Mexican women who have had mastectomies. There are a bunch collected but need someone to transport here. Please ask around & let me know if you find anyone & I will pass this on to the woman who started the program here.

I really respect this effort and congratulate the people involved for this fine humanitarian project, but do you have any idea how hard I have to bite my tongue to NOT make a smartass reply?
