Seeking 1/4 inch threaded rod

I need a 12" piece of threaded rod threaded 1/4 x 20. Does anyone have any or have you seen it in any of the hardware stores?

Most of the hardware stores sell threaded "redi rod". I bought some at Casa de Plomero in West Ajijic last year.
