Who to trust

Just witnessed someone finding a Kindle Fire on the road and handing over to a police officer in Chapala. First thing the police officer did was show it to his co-workers and then slipped it into a pocket, walked in the opposite direction as the police station, got in a vehicle, and left for the day. I suspect it is never going to show up again or be handed in as a lost item. Just think about who is the honest one here the next time you need a police officer.

And you know that?...  your observations and conclusions aren't tainted with your own personal bias and prejudices....

You should go to the police station and file a complaint... attach your name to your accusations.

I'm sure he looked up the owners info in the registry and was promptly driving it over to their house...... 

Because of the OP post, now if I see someone I don't know breaking into my neighbor's house, I am supposed to think??...for how long??    
Maybe try to think about the lesser of evils or just report it to Lake Chapala Crime.
