Anyone been to Tobolandia recently. My 10 yr old nieta is in town and would like to go. Is it open during the rainy season? If so when is the best day and time to go?

Generally in the rainy season it only rains in the late afternoon and evening/night. Except when there is a hurricane "tail"then it rains for days.
It is great fun for kids and adults alike.
