Problem with Inside Lakeside site.

The last few days I have been having trouble reading Inside Lakeside on my tablet.  When I select a topic, it comes up just fine. BUT, when I touch the screen to scroll down through the posts, I get kicked down to the last post on the page. Has been happening continuously, so it is impossible to read anything. I have a blackberry playbook. Tried clearing the cache and history. Still have the problem. Anyone have a solution? This is the only site that I have this problem with.

Scroll down to quick reply and do a left click on the last icon of the second line (switch editor mode).
This should bring you back to where you want to be.

It would be nice if we all knew what the fix is.. it does the same thing on my Samsung note.. very annoying. .

You gave me the info that allowed me to straighten out the reverse scroll that suddenly started showing up on my desktop.

It would seem that little button is a cure all......jaja.

Okay, this is wife of Kiri, and it is my tablet with the problem. So how do I left click on a tablet? 

Please don't tell me to use my left hand! I am naive, but not that much!

I really want to solve this because I don't want to be forced to get my info from TOB!

Your tablet should be "touch screen" so just double tap the button on the screen.

I did what you said and now my screen tosses me to the top! So I still can't read anything....

Well I am not sure then. It works fine on my HP Touchpad tablet. The only other thing I can suggest is rebooting your tablet and trying again.

Oh one other thing.....if the page hasn't finished loading and you try and scroll it, it will shoot you back to the top.

Did a reboot....now I am tossed back to the bottom again! I have been waiting for the page to load fully, so it is not that.

This just started happening out of the blue, so maybe it will resolve itself the same way. But I will try any further suggestions.

I discovered by trial and error, that I can read the posts normally if I am not logged in. As soon as I log in, everything flips to the last post.

But of course if I am not logged in, there are parts of the forum that I cannot read.

If it only happens when you are logged in then something is wrong with your personal settings.

I will see what I can do with my settings.

The problem is with the "Switch Editor Mode" in the reply window. If you are not logged in, the reply function is inactive, which is why you do not have the problem when you are not logged in. You need to find the "Switch Editor Mode" button and click upon it one time. If you click it two times, it will turn on and then off once again. Follow the instructions from Slainte in this thread. It is the first reply in this thread. It tells you what you need to know.

Maybe if BlackBerry would do the long awaited update for the playbook??
