I think everybody should have it straight now. Buy the good local tequila, the good stuff, adequately pad it and stick it in your luggage. Don't break any import liquor laws at Ur destination. I learnt the hard way. I bought duty free in Guad, carried it on board thru Houston on the way to Canada. Houston security will not allow your big bottle of liquid. It could be a bomb. Fortunately I had enough time in Houston, via the airline, to turn that bottle into checked bagage. I RAN. I got er done, BUT I never want to relive that experience. I got her done, sweat drenched.
