2nd Annual Board Meeting

Jim W. has graciously offered his home again to host the 2nd Annual Board Meeting. Last years event was a blast. All board members and their significant others are welcome to attend. It is a great way to meet new friends and reconnect with old ones.

Date: Thursday, May 30/13
Time: 2:00pm - until Jim kicks us out
Place: Jim W's house in Chapala Haciendas 2 (PM Jim if you require address and directions)

This will be a BYOB and potluck event so please bring a dish or appetizer.

Please RSVP to either this post or send Jim W. a PM if you are planning on attending. Hope to see everyone there.

Papa I asked CB if there was any chance Big Daddy might join us.......in a striped suit..........LMAO.
Last year we had a great turnout, approx. 50 people, very casual, have swimming pool if you'd like or pool table for a little 8 ball.

I went last year and had a great time. Since Big Daddy's not going to show up I probably will bring some chorizo that I tried recently and its very good. Are you going to have the barbecue available this year? by the way Jim, you were an excellent host last year and I look forward to seeing you again.

I look forward to seeing everyone again PAPA C.....to bad we can't have a major get together a couple times a year. No BBQ as Big Daddy got it, but my deb can set you up on the stove, plus we have broiler in the oven. All is good my friend, people enjoying people!

Thanks Roof Bob, but in all fairness you and everyone else make the party. We've got 13 so far.......I really thought we would have a huge turnout this year as Coons ain't comin!

We have plenty of room, but once again seating may be an issue.....please bring a chair or two, or PM me and I can swing by and haul a dozen or so in the pick up.

We will also provide our best china and flatware, aka paper plates and plastic forks etc. LOL

BTW, I almost didn't notice this since it's pinned at the top, and I thought it was an actual "board meeting" just for officers or something. If you don't get expected response, you might consider putting a message in the "regular" section, which people might see more readily.
