Re: Split peas
Actually, from a CostCo spiral ham I bought a few weeks ago. That ham made a lot of meals and sandwiches, and I froze the bone until yesterday.
I purchased some pretty good looking beef bones from Tony's yesterday for my next soup.

Yes that is it the Madonna Inn that had crazy rooms but we also stopped at Peas Soup Anderson , both would belong in some California living museum!

Anderson was off I5. Madonna was off 101 or 1 much nearer coast in California.

Re: Split peas
Wrong, they're both off of 101,you must not be very familiar with the area, but that didn't stop you from posting about it,did it.Zedinmexico wrote:Anderson was off I5. Madonna was off 101 or 1 much nearer coast in California.

Re: Split peas
There is more than one Pea Soup Andersen's: 1) Gustine (Santa Nella) off I5 & 2) Buelton off 101

Re: Split peas
Seems I won't get an answer to my stinky split peas problem. Veered pretty far off track.
And what, might I ask, is so wrong about popcorn and peas, compared to some of those godawful trolling posts, excuses for bashing, hating, and generally being negative... ? I'll stick to food, thanks. With that in mind, I think I will post something now about chorizo...
