Mail gets screwed up over the holidays and have been waiting for my Telcel bills (may never get them). The other option is to download the PDF files which I had to do for the first 6 months (no bills in the mail). Telcel has a quick link download but that file was incomplete and couldn't be read. In Mi Cuenta there is another link for various months and that worked but Adobe kept saying a .DLL was not loaded when printing. Did a fix install, did a full install and still no DLL. Reinstalled printer drivers and the same. Finally downloaded Adobe Reader 9 and have my bills. No more auto updates !! Running XP

For some lucky folks, SP3 works well. For a lot of people running an "older" computer with SP3, it sucks. I install SP3 only if specifically asked to do so. SP3 fixed nothing for the Average Joe, and did a lot of damage, particularly in the area of slowing Windows down.

If anyone is interested, a very light and very fast Acrobat/PDF reader is Foxit Reader. No .dll problems, no auto-updates. Installs in seconds and works just as well, and certainly faster, than Adobe's own.
