Local Canadian man missing

Posting this for a friend - trying to get a photo to post:

A Canadian man who lives on the South side of the lake is missing. Terry, his wife, sent me the
following to be posted. If anyone sees him or hears anything helpful, ,please
call Terry 376-764-0062. the Canadian Consulate or the State Police with any
information you have.

"Earl left here approx. 10:30 AM (yesterday) to go to IMMS hospital in
TLAJOMULCO to make appointments for tests & for an another appointment to see a
urologist, again. He was by himself. The visit was just to make the
appointments not to see any medical staff. After visiting the hospital he
normally goes to Costco, Home Depot etc.

I expected him to return to the house around 6PM. Earl does not like driving
in dark. He did not & has not returned.

Personal Information.....EARL JOSEPH PIERSON, Age 77.

Driving a HONDA CRV, year 2000

Colour silver grey, the spare tire has a plain silver
grey cover

Licence plate: Alberta...VSP56..a Veteran's Licence
plate with a red Poppy

I, Terry, his wife, have been in touch with the local police in San Luis
Soyatlan, also The Canadian Consulate in Guadalajara. The consulate is at this
very moment investigating, and have called the State Police."

He has been found. Had pain in side at IMSS. They admitted him but did not call his wife. He has contacted her.
