Mail Boxes, Etc. does them. I don't know about all the papelerias but I know that Papeleria Trinidad at the light across from Super Lake does.

The papeleria at Plaza Montana does them, many sizes too. Northeast corner of Carretera and colon in the back corner.

Papeleria in Montana plaza, best place to go. Very cheap too. Farmacia Cristina in Bugaimbilias Plaza does them too.
