I believe the name of the former chief is Reynol Contreras. The new chief was mentioned in the Guadalajara Reporter in the 6-12 October edition; His name is Ramon del Arco. He was the Chief 6 years ago.

I always thought hios name was Contreras too but on FB he goes by Reynol Munoz...Odd. Oh well, he's out.
