Costco, Walmart, Sams Club etc. They have newer models with the lights already on them. Always a major pain putting those on, IMO.

The second that Halloween fades, Walmart will have a large variety of Christmas trees, both real (out front) and artificial, inside, in all shapes, sizes and prices.
Some are pretty realistic; some are pathetic. Ya gets what ya pay for in this case.
