Re: Sonora's Meats
It does now. Try it again.
And you beat me to welcoming this new supporter to the site. I didn't even know they existed until the owner contacted me. What a beautiful butcher shop. He had a huge prime rib there that I have my eye on. Very nice store indeed. They will even BBQ your meat if you want and you can eat it there at the little cafe. They have all sorts of side dishes as well.

We buy their filet mignon regularly. It's fabulous on the BBQ!

They have lovely arrachera. You can pick out a hunk without a lot of fat, and the marinate is excellent.

As a resident of a State NOB that is totally clueless about arrachera, it has been an ongoing quest to not only find just the right cut of meat and develop just the right marinade. After years of being shut out in the beef department, our Costco stores recently introduced "flap steak". This has proven to be a real upgrade from the "flatiron steak" we were using previously. My latest experiment with marinade was to use Mike's Hard Lemonade and then add the various spices. It came out super with the meat being very tender and very tasty!

Re: Sonora's Meats
We tried some Filet from Sonoras Meat tonight. Cooked it on the BBQ. Very tasty and very tender. Meat was obviously aged properly. I find that is the problem with some of the beef here.

It would really help if everyone would include price, individuals do have their price points, no matter how good the product is.

"never cease to amaze me"....sounds like an infinite condition....whether sarcasm or not.
How awful to recommend a product without the price (sarcasm)....no wait!!!(maybe humour)
Viajero please label your responses as either....straight information or sarcasm. (humour)
