What happened to one of the categories in Octagon?

Why is the forums print so large or is it my computer?

It sounds like your browser display. Try holding down the CTRL key and hitting the "minus" and "plus" keys to zoom in and out.

I have separated Local Crime into its own Category outside the Octagon however it is still only visible to registered members.
