In the main towns of Zacatecas appeared narco mantas (banners) in which the Los Zetas cartel disclaims mutilation of the bodies of 49 people in Nuevo Leon.

Why would they hang banners in Zacatecas? Might just as well hung them in downtown Chicago! The Zetas have never been rocket scientists when it comes to PR and this seems to be another example of the chaos within that organization.
