Is anyone missing a cowboy?

If so there's one in cell #6 at the Chapala police station and his still saddled horse is tethered next to his cell. The horse is starting to get really pissed so I think our wayward vaquero will soon be free.

Damn...I thought I might come see if I wanted to claim him, but not if he's in jail. :(

I hope someone is looking after the horse.

Where was it in Mexico where the local police locked up a goat or sheep or other such farm animal for breaking the law. They kept him jail for a couple of days, as I recall.
