Empty your mail boxes

Bob, has a great board, however there are limitaions for storage....ie if the person you are sending to has a full mailbox....message goes into your outgoing mail...waiting for delivery, even though you have been advised mail sent....even though you haven't been advised same.......check your sent box...to confirm...don't just read it an leave it....save or delete.

Good advise Jim. It also helps to reduce the amount of space we use on the host's server.

I tried keeping count of how many times I have seen that error being made in various places all over the internet.

Then when I was about to "lose my mind", I decided I had better things to do.

Did you just advise him about advice OR advice him about advise?
