NEED BIRTHDAY "PIE"

I saw a review of (what the reviewer said was) a lemon meringue pie from Eva Antuñez pasteleria in Ajijic.  Warning: some expats say "lemon" when they mean "límon" which is lime here.

I buy cookies and cake slices from Eva's and they are some of the best in town.  She speaks English; her brother who bakes there speaks limited English.  Call or go by and ask if they make American Lemon pie with meringue....lemons sold in stores here are usually marked as American Lemons.

I believe she delivers thru Traitte.  Her shop is on the south lateral of the carretera next to Charter Club Tours.  Her shop opens late, 11am.
