Found an article this evening on Monterrey & new Tesla plant that got approved, Elon promising to only use 'residual' water (reclaimed wastewater)... This summer, resident population was getting only 6 hours of municipal water daily, whereas no limits on industry - Heineken, Coca-Cola. Article @ www.restofworld.org.. search 'Elon & Monterrey." This story has it all.. Interesting website, a new find.... (sorry Im being lame on link~)

My dad lives in Barra and it has only rained there 5 or 6 times this season. They had their biggest rain last night.

I would trust Musk's promises as much as I trust the water company's weekly promises that they will send water to my area, "for sure" tomorrow. Repeated for 4 months with not a drop.

Yes, great article. Nice to read some actual journalism instead of spin.

Like Lakeside, we here in Florida have experienced one of the driest, hottest, summers on record. It is only in the last two weeks that the rains have come and the temps moderated. If I don't mow my grass in the morning, it does not get mowed.

My fall garden is loving it though.
