Tim Hortons in Mexico Empty Tim Hortons in Mexico

Who knew that there are already 62 Tim Horton locations in Mexico? They are primarily in Monterrey, Queretaro and Saltillo. It would seem that the Mexicans love it as much as the Canadians.....lol.

Maybe because they were bought by a Brazilian company in 2014. https://milkitall.com/is-tim-hortons-owned-by-a-brazilian-company/

Tim Hortons appear to have a marketing plan that directs their investment primarily to the "blue collar" demographics. Cities that have a large industrial or automotive sector appear to be the companies primary focus. Areas that are more financial, educational or tourist/service sector based economies (like Guadalajara and surrounds) could be considered as more "white collar" demographics and likely to be the domain of Starbucks type coffee houses.
