La Pueblita NOW Margaritaville
I'm not sure whether to start a new thread with this or to post here. Yeah, I'll post here. La Pueblita has been bought out. Here's an article that might generate some further discussion.

This is good news IMO. I thinks it's better than having another uncompleted eyesore. I will be interested to see the prices.

I think it was on the other web board that it said that a home around 430 sq. ft would cost over $200,000. Yikes!

I don't think the Margaritaville project has any pricing schedule as yet. But you can always phone and/or visit to find out more. https://www.levyholding.com/latitude-margaritaville-mexico
p.s. good video except for the mention of Salvador's Restaurant which we all know was replaced by Scallions. The other thing is that nowhere is it stated that you'd have to get in a car to enjoy any of the enticing things shown. I wouldn't want to live way out there.

That site has no information regarding prices.
This is from page one on TOB:
"Developed by Levy Holding, Latitude Margaritaville International Lake Chapala will feature a total of 194 accommodations, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 430 sq. ft. to 915 sq. ft., as well as 1,292 sq. ft. one-story homes. With resort-style amenities and an island-inspired feel, residences will feature contemporary design elements with prices starting from the $233s. Sales will start this summer."

Yes, sales will start but... when will occupancy commence?
Good to see that the "first phase of the project will feature signature food & beverage options, pools, pickleball courts, a theater, and more".
These are often promised for 'later' but sometimes never show up.
