Re: Coffee cream (not half and half)
What is your definition of "coffee cream?" I googled and all results were for "coffee creamer."
Coffee creamer is non-dairy per these searches. With sugar. Can be liquid or powder.
Are you looking for something along the lines of Coffee Mate?

Re: Coffee cream (not half and half)
No it is not a dry coffee mate type product. Coffee cream is a liquid with 18% milk fat. Half and half, whipping cream and heavy cream have each a different amount of milk fat. We are looking for the 18% milk fat for a recipe which coffee cream is 18% milk fat.

Re: Coffee cream (not half and half)
Never seen it here or in US...but I never looked for it either.
You may have to concoct your own using combos of milk, whipping cream and/or half-and-half.
No idea of % fat in MX dairy....all I could find on our half and half carton is 6.38 grams fat in 100 ml.

Re: Coffee cream (not half and half)
Here’s an old trick used at restaurants and bakeries: Microwave a cup of marshmallows and fold this into your half-and-half. You might need to play around with the proportions, but it’s a sure-fire way to get the thickness of higher-fat cream. I use this concoction in cakes and frosting recipes that call for higher-fat cream. And it works really well for eggnog. Bon appetit
