I take it that you are still suffering from insomnia? Gonna try the blanket? I also think it would be a good idea for people to do google searches on their medications (both prescribed and supplements). A surprising number of them can cause insomnia as a side effect.

Unfortunately the blanket would cause me to overheat and then I won't sleep.

My blankets are already weighted with the dogs lying on it and me.

Hi! My esposo bought it online. Probably Amazon.mx
We have a room air conditioner in the bedroom since we have no other ventilation and it keeps the room comfortable, so no problem re the blanket. We used to use a comforter for the weight, mainly.
Yes...I sleep much better!
