Fully furnished, 2 car covered carport, totally secure, freshly painted, bright, and cheery. Covered patio, large yard, quiet area, nice neighbors. No pets. Tenant pays only propane useage at end of stay. All in, includes once a week maid service. $ 1200 US A MONTH. Seasonal payment required up front.
