I know you asked for NON surgical locally, but I had Xiaflex in US and the cords regrew in under a year.  And also needle aponeurotomy which was pretty useless.

It depends on how aggressive your condition is as to whether either of the above treatments will work for you and how long they will last before the cords regenerate.

I think surgery is the best option for a long term result.   A friend of mine in US has aggressive cords; she had surgery in US in 2017 and her hand remains flat other than her pinkie.  She convinced me to have the surgery.

Had my left (dominant) hand done in July 2021 and my right hand done this past April.  Both surgeries at Hospital San Antonio with Dr. Gonzalez Urzúa.  

Very pleased with results.

Mine is only one finger. I can only speculate as to the cause. Possibly from watching too much football or flipping the bird. Who knows but it must have caught up with me. LOL!
