INM stamped in Guadalajara or Mx city

If boarding in Guadalajara and leaving Mx through Mx city airport can you get INM stamped in Guadalajara or have to do it in Mx city airport?

Technically you get the stamp at the airport from which you are departing Mexico. However, often the GDL agent will stamp it.

Will Mx city accept that at the check in??

Yes. But if stamped in GDL, you need to be sure to NOT give the FMM to the GDL ticket agent. Hold it and give it to the MEX ticket agent or boarding agent.

Last time I tried to get stamped in GDL when going north via MEX I was refused.

It seems to depend on the discretion of the officer on duty. I have had one say nothing and another warn me to get it stamped in Mexico City next time.
