Immigration Forms?

I know this has been posted numerous times but I can't come up with a search term that works for what I am looking for:

There have been responses indicating some lady in San Antonio who assists with filling out forms? I thought I remembered her location as being on the plaza but no luck there.

Would greatly appreciate any location info along with a name?

The papeleria on Ramon Corona near Mario's Restaurant helped a friend of mine with her immigration paperwork. I did not use them for that purpose, so I cannot personally vouch for them. My friend was pleased, though. Here's a Google view of the outside of the building.

Anyone know which forms are required to extend one's TEMPORALE status? The website isn't very clear?
