I have a Epson 830 printer thst needs repair. Any recommendations for repair lakeside or in Guadalajara?

The ink head doesn't recognize the cysn cartridge. 'I' ve tried 3 new cyan cartridges, no luck. Error message, "the printer may be damaged." All other cartridges are fine.

Its an older printer but beautiful photo printing quality.

You might try the computer repair place next to Tepehua thrift store in Riberas.
