Turkey Fries

I wonder if anyone has been in a restaurant around the lake that offered Turkey Fries. This midwestern USA treat is sometimes hard to find and usually has to be special ordered. I don't know if any of the butcher shops offer them.
When fried like chicken they are delicious.

It's like the mountain oysters you get from bull calves. In this case its Tom Turkeys. For information, they are located under the wing of a male turkey.

No where I have seen in 40 years of living in this Chapala area.  There is a restaurant over by Mazamitla that occasionally offers beef, pork, or lamb machos.  Very few turkeys butchered around here.

You're about a month too late. I could have got you some Jack Russell fries but they're gone now.
