PLATFORM FOR VACCINE REGISTRATION LAUNCHED

All adults aged over 60 in Mexico who want to receive a free vaccination against Covid-19 will need to register online to be assigned a vaccination center, Deputy Health Minister Hugo López-Gatell announced Tuesday. To register, people must supply their CURP (Personal ID Code Number) . They will subsequently be contacted with the date and location for their inoculations. The address of the vaccination registry platform is https://mivacuna.salud.gob.mx. Mexico’s vaccination program is being undertaken by the federal government. As yet, vaccines are not available privately.

It was up and down like a yo-yo. Took me an hour, but got in twice for both of us. Appx. from 12:45 to 1:45.

Did you get a confirmation or anything indicating the registration was successful? I put in my CURP, clicked to confirm and got no response.

Yes, I got a confirmation. When I worked on it, I got "in" several times, to various pages, and got timed out about 5 times. But in the end I did get a Registration number that it told me to print.

I got in once, and turned down our curp and that s about it...

Thought I’d read that it was going to be available even to tourists, so without CURP numbers...which would make sense considering they’re just as likely to be vectors of infection.

ANy tourist that can register with their curp , I am sure will be accepted..
I am sure they awill be accepted around september or november the way it is going but right now you need a curp so good luck to tourist although anything is possible in Mexico..

originally April but the way it is going , I bet it will be later than that..They did say on one of the site that they will give priority to 90 then 80 then 70 then 60 in the second phase..50 is thirsd phase

Can anyone give me a site to register? The one listed in this thread gives me a blank page every time with "403 forbidden" shown in the top left corner. Help?

It is not displaying properly. I get it as a list of text items with the Gobierno seal on top. I suspect the same problem as when they opened it for 60s and over: too much traffic.

Someone on TOB posted that the site won't open unless the VPN if "off". I took it off, and it opened.

Good to know. But I keep my VPN off until I need it, to avoid that kind of difficulty.

Yes, also turn off any translator. It won't work properly if translated.
