Lake Chapala Reporter

Is it the same person that owns/runs the Lake Chapala Reporter as the TGR.

No, not at all. She who considers herself goddess of all she surveys felt the need to steal both the word "Reporter" for the title of her email rag, and then to go so far as to steal the actual full phrase "Guadalajara Reporter", and then to send out three copies of the same piffle under the names Lake Chapala Report, Guadalajara Reporter, and Puerto Vallarta Reporter.

She has operated several fly-by-night businesses, and somehow manages to con people into paying for her "publication" by subscription... a publication that does two things: steals stories from other publications, and tries hard as hell to scandalize lakeside with sensationalistic -- and often completely false -- drama headlines.

Stay clear.

The small group of people who work at the actual Guadalajara Reporter are hard-working, responsible members of the Press, and have been for many years, representing both Mexicans and expats in the area.

A STUPID, INSANE, SICK, TROLL

But he is very useful as a verbal punching bag.  Very few opportunities in one´s lifetime to get this pleasure with no recourse for the punching bag.  

Look in this fridays real Guadalajara Reporter and they have a little boxed ad about the situation. They say she has nothing to do with them.

I agree 100% about the phony blah, blah. And, as usual, I have 'unsubscribed' a zillion times, sent nasty emails and none of it does any good. I'm just now looking up the real Guadalajara Reporter and starting a new subscription!
