Water delivery guys in Ajijic Centro

Usually they are ringing my bell daily but I rarely see them anymore. Anyone else experiencing this?

They never ring ours, but then, we installed a whole house purification system years ago.

I also live in Centro. Although I don't get water delivery, my next door neighbor does and I hear everyone that comes to her gate. I've noticed the normal two or three daily bell rings are not happening. I have no idea what is going on.

In Centro with neighbors who get water delivered. I would say same level of activity.

Well send them my way.....lol.

I have a whole house purification system too but the guests don't trust it and prefer the bottled stuff.

If they knew the truth about some of the bottled water, they would have a fast turnaround in the "trust" dept.

In the summer, when there are heavy rainstorms, I put my empty garafons under my rain spout and drink rain water. I always wait until it's been pounding rain for at least an hour, so anything dirty on my roof is well washed off. I've been doing this for the past 12 years- the water tastes wonderful and it's certainly never made me sick. When I've mentioned this to others, many sound horrified, saying they wouldn't trust it. Yet they trust the bottled water, when they have no knowledge of how often the water plant filters are changed, or how hygienic the employees are being.
People have some strange ideas.

Well, I really don't know how often the 7Up bottling employees pee in my soft drink purchases, but trust hasta start somewhere, right?

I've never heard of anyone getting sick from any of the bottled water suppliers down here.
