Where to buy rolling pin at lakeside

Old fashioned rolling pin.

Thrift shops. I'd start at Barbara's.

I bought mine at Superlake a long time ago

A piece of round wooden closet rod, from the lumber yard, will make at least half a dozen. Smooth the cut ends, and oil with vegetable oil. The more modern ones with 'handles' have no advantage.

Thanks CBob! I didn't even know stainless steel rolling pins existed... and they all will ship to Mexico. I like the idea of stainless steel because you can chill it and it would be easier to clean and the dough would be less likely to stick to it.
It just went on my wish list!

I use an empty wine bottle for rolling.  If you don't have an empty, here's a quick solution

I'd have to pour it down the drain... buying one would be cheaper. LOL
