NYT on Mexico Covid-19

Mike, this should be in "More on the Virus" in the medical/dental forum. I posted a similar article about the sad state of Mexico City's reporting and the reality of what is happening there. I would have liked to have read your link but I don't have a subscription to the NY Times.

You don't need a subscription to NYT to read article, just follow his link & 'collapse' the sign in box - the article is then available to read. Most news sources are making corona virus news free.

You will need a subscription after more than one, sometimes two, viewings on any NYtimes page. They use cookies to record your visits. If you can delete cookies that use the word "times" you can get another view. On a computer, anyway. On my tablet, so far, no problem with repeated visits.

I get messages like that from links to many publications. I often see I only have five, six or so left. luckily I have never seen it saying 1 or 2 left.

You can "subscribe" to the NYT free version. I finally did that and get a few interesting articles in my inbox daily. You choose the topics you want to see and it looks like you can get out of it whenever you want.
