FSBO Vista Alegre

A friend is selling their house in Vista Alegre without a Real Estate company being involved.
It's a very nice house and worth looking at for those looking to buy.

The print on the side isn't legible, even with enlargements. What is the asking price?

I was able to left click on the document and it was enlarged to a full sized very readable copy(view). The asking price is $350,000

I double left clicked on the first photo in the link and had a nice tour by clicking on the right arrow to view all the photos in a larger format... including the blurb about the house that listed the price.
Only one detail missing and that's the cost of the HOA (although it was said that it was reasonable).
