Who in the area does floor cleaning on tile? Deep cleaning including the grout. Old floor with a lot of stains.

Spring Clean has a floor machine. I got prices for tile cleaning from Leticia and Rafael, one for cleaning tile and another for cleaning and sealing. Leticia came with Rafael to measure the square meters, then Leticia called me that week with the price. I had an ongoing relationship with them for house cleaning and Leticia came with Rafael to make sure there were no misunderstandings because of the language. I thought the price was fair, but I did not use their service for other reasons not related the their business.
