Berry Lady IFO Paz Licores

Somewhere I saw people asking about her and why she wasn't selling and was she coming back. She asked if I would post a message for her:

Due to the current quality of the fruit and lack of artichokes she will not be selling or returning to that location. However, in November when the chokes return to market and the berry season is in full swing she will again be selling them - New location, at her family abarrote at the bottom of Calle Ramon Velasquez in SAT where it t-bones with Ramon Corona.

Wow, the story we got "from Cecilia herself" was health problems were giving her a chance to retire. Nothing about quality of fruit. That just sounds weird. There is tons of good fruit right now.

Maybe not from her sources. . . I dunno. She said it wasn't worth it with poor quality berries and no chokes. Do they harvest berries in the rainy season? And I know she hasn't been able to get chokes for a few months. She was working behind the counter at the abarrote today, ask her. Her working there is a big bonus, I've never seen her there before, hope she continues. .

Yeah, berries, because of the plastic. Hothouse atomosphere. No idea about artichokes; never bought them from a stall.And she is working at which abarotte?

Just back from Ceci and her husband's abarrote! She is doing wonders with that little store. Beautiful fresh produce! She has berries and cherries, asparagus, sweet little grape tomatoes, and much more. Her family is ecstatic that she is working there now, so am I as it's my closest abarrote, and I want them to be successful.  

Go down towards the lake at Sunrise Restaurant, they are at the end of the street, left side, on the corner. For those who need it, her husband speaks very good English.
