Any SONOS gurus out there?
My sonos one is undiscoverable after iLox improved my internet connectivity. I have tried to follow the faqs to line it up without success. Would appreciate any assistance.

I had to look up SONOS to even see what it was. It looks like a large company making many products having to do with sound amplification, sound bars, speakers, etc. I didn't see anything on their web page about a product that interacted with the internet,
No I am not the expert you are looking for. I was just curious what kind of product you are having trouble with.
Thanks in advance for your answer.

Not sure what you mean by "iLox improved your internet connectivity." Are you on a new wifi network? If you use Twitter, they're customer service is awesome.

My Sonos One is a speaker equipped with microphone and software that allows use of Alexa, etc. It contains chips that pick up all my audio files and via the net will connect with Apple iTunes, Amazon sounds, etc. Previous to iLox it played well with my puny TelMex internet, but I have not been able to learn how to make it recognize that I now use a different wifi.

Yep, on a new wifi network. I'll give Twitter a try as the default language of their help is all Spanish, hard for me to use.

The Sonos needs to be re-initiated, the same way you set it up with TelMex, so that you can enter the iLox security code; otherwise it is still looking for the TelMex code (WEP/WAP/WPA). This code is printed on the backside of the iLox box.

Thanks all for your help. I found this: https://www.smarthomesounds.co.uk/blog/faqs/reconnect-sonos-system-new-router-wifi-network which very lucidly takes the confused user through both ways Sonos connects.
