Barber shop Empty Barber shop

Post by Pogo Tue Jun 18, 2019 4:12 pm

To my great dismay, I learned today that Miguel at the Coyote barbershop near El Torito has left town - gone - not expected to return. He was the best as many here have said. So who is next best? I am looking for someone who can do a scissor cut or even a razor cut as Miguel did. Any suggestions?

Miguel spent time and got his training in Vegas. A wife and two young children. Family in Chapala who had a lot for him to build on. This from him. Awesome barber. I wondered at some of his younger clientele. I can only speculate. Hope he and his family are far away, safe and doing well and return at some point. Best hair cuts I ever had.

I have gone to the Coyote for several years and was surprised to see him gone. I tried Joe's Barbershop across Guadalupe Victoria from the SIMAPA office. I always thought it looked like a modern operation when I have been in that neighborhood. I had a great haircut and beard trim from Ulises Lopez. You can call for an appointment (33 1572 7844) or just walk-in. They are fully-equipped in a nice space. That's the guy I will be seeing now that Miguel is gone.

I heard a rumor that one reason Miguel left was bullying by his landlords.
