RED ALERT if you have or are going to book a flight.
Unless you have been living under a rock this last 10 days, you know about the crash of the 2nd. Boeing 737 MAX 8 in 4 months. This is a relatively new model. It has just come out that for several months piolets have complained about flight control issues with this new model. Europe has grounded all these models but the U.W. won't nor will any U.S. carrier that uses them.
The U.S. carriers say they care about the safety of their passengers, and they do, BUT, they don't give a s**t about you personally. They care only because plane crashes and passenger deaths/injuries hurt the airlines bottom line. Anyone that thinks airlines care about them personally, is not firing on all cylinders.
Of course, the U.S. airlines have said if you are concerned and what to change a flight you have already booked on this model, they will allow you to change. Nice of then, BUT, you still pay a change fee and any increase in the fare since your original booking.
Just FYI

You're talking about recumbent bikes? Or people who don't want to/won't fly, or ????
I don't know the term.

I believe the Federal Aviation Administration is the governing authority that grounded the B737 MAX aircraft in the U.S. although president Trump is trying to take credit for the action...

I also heard on the local Seattle news that Boeing also recommended grounding these planes.
