Can you call U.S free on a Telcel (cell phone plan?)

With the 199 plan can you call cell unlimited to the U.S.?

Yes, on the 'Sin Limite' plan, you have unlimited calling to Mexico, U.S. and Canada, even when you are in any of those countries. For example, if you're in the U.S., you can call another U.S. number for free.

If in the USA with a TelCel SIM card.....

1.  What number do you dial to call a USA number ?   AND
2.  What number do you dial to call a MEXICO cell number ?

How about US or Canadian 800 numbers. Do you have the same problem we hav when using Telmex or is there a free way to make such calls?

Calling from Mexico to US or Canadian Toll Free numbers:

For 800 numbers: Dial 001-880 & the seven digit number. 

For 866 numbers: Dial 001-883 & the seven digit number. 

For 877 numbers: Dial 001-882 & the seven digit number

For 888 numbers: Dial 001-881 & the seven digit number.

But for that call to the northern border, there is a large per minute charge even if you have a free to USA and/or Canada plan. It was, I think about 65 centavos per minute when using Telmex to use the 800 numbers shown above

At least that is the case with Telmex and I am afraid it might be so with Telcel as well. Maybe someone more knowledgeable about Telcel than I, could correct me if I am wrong

I've dialed those numbers using my Sin Limite Telcel plan, and never had any extra charges.
