Shaw Direct TV log in Empty Shaw Direct TV log in

For the last few days it has been very difficult to log in to Shaw Direct TV. When I try it says incorrect password. So I reset my password and it still says incorrect password. Round and round it goes. Is anyone else having this problem?

I was having a problem a few weeks ago so I live chatted them and they fixed the problem.

Okay. I want to live chat with today but I can't get to live chat because of the log in problem.

There should be a link to live chat when it gives you the password incorrect message.

I hope this is my last question. I finally got through to Shaw live Chat. They said they activated my new receiver but all I get on the screen 4 hours later is "No RGB signal. The power will be turned off". How long should it take to download?

No RGB signal sounds like a message from your TV. You need to set your TV to the proper input. Are you using RCA jacks or HDMI from your box to the TV?

You are right. HDMI. I haven 't been able to watch Shaw for a month-it has drastically. I think much of the info from Shaw didn't download.
