Heading to Morelia. Does anyone know if shortages continue in Michoacán?

As a follow-up....getting fuel along route to Morelia was no problem. Once in Morelia I noticed that about 70% of the gas stations I saw were out of fuel although the ones that were open didn't have any lineups. On the way to Morelia we saw two tanker caravans with Military escorts.
