at one time, it was if an account used more than 3000 KWH or the past year (which happens to average 250 per month) you went immediately to DAC. So if during one two month period you used more than 500 KWH, no problem if during the previous 12 months, including the two where you went over, was less than 3000 KWH. (our area, ie Tariff 1)

Has that changed?

I sure thing so. I have used them and received great results. Most of the workers had been working at eSun Energy before it went out of business, which also had a very excellent reputation for many years.
